You might want to work with an old/current gallery guy on improving your galleries. I'm certainly not an expert, but two different things stood out to me from your gallery.
1) I had to download the video clip. I don't want to download. Give me a MP4/FLV stream.
2) I only see one link to your tour and that link says "Instant Access". But when I click the link, I am not taken to a join page and I am not gaining instant access, I am taken to a tour. You might want to presell that more so the surfer knows what to expect.
