I would put in another vote for Sexkey. Quick and easy update.
Although, depending on the domains... you might be better off turning some/all of them into nichey blogs.
Or sell off a few, focus on the 2 or 3 best ones and promote/work the shit out of 'em.
I have stayed away from tubes because I can make a lot more money from 1000 surfers on a well-built, properly SEO'd blog than I can from 25,000 surfers on a tube.
