We use 640x480, since if we try more (and it is easy to do - just matter to change the number in flash cam function), the model's pc go 99% of cpu usage then fps reduces too - using H264 (not sorensen h263 the old default). Other reason why we don't try more, is that we see some model with 320x240 (due to their pc's soft limitation or setting) is doing like 10 times the money who have 640x480, so we wondered who does care so much.
