The current models seeing the new ones coming in may create some healthy competition, as well as the competition that already stands between the current girls. Girls are very competitive. Create a situation where they can earn extra money by being the best. Post it on a wall so all the girls see it daily and most of them will strive to not be out done by the other girls. List them in order of money earned and reward the top girl with something nice like 10 - 20% more pay for that period. Then drop the lowest girl by 10 - 20%. Or adjust all their pay based on ranking for that period. Lots of options. They all want to be the best. Reward those who are. It will keep them hungry.

Some excellent advice there. I've chatted with a studio owner in Europe, where he has a hard time, getting them to come to work on-time for their shift, or worse ... they dont even show after payday, until they run out of money. Its not easy, but having fixed $ penalties in place, enforced over time, coupled with posting the earning of the models, IMHO is the right conditioning needed.
