I like join page #2, because it shows the form at the top of the page. Instantly, users see the option to enter username, password and email and to click join. Payment type is credit card. The kinky images in the middle of the page are high quality.
A clickable box in #1 that says $29.95 for 30 days recurring is not such a good idea. It is a better idea to make a drop down box in #2 with options to choose price. This one looks more user friendly. It is better to navigate.
