FRASERSIDE could of went after thousands of sites similar like BP. So why BoneProne? As mentioned earlier, FRASERSIDE spent a lot of money going after Xhamster as this went basically nowhere. IMO, it has everything to do with BP affiliation with FFN. Most all tubes main sponsor is Friend Finders Network of sites.

Although the process could happen it would go nowhere because a US court can't find foreign Tubes like Xhamster guilty of anything because they are out of their jurisdiction. They can "try" and sue their business associates, but it does not work that way and will again, go nowhere. Why?- to be liable affiliated companies like FFN or CC processors would have to knowingly understand what these tubes are doing is illegal as this has yet to be proven.

Meaning, if I rented a car from Hurtz, then robbed a bunch of pawnshops for cash and gold and didn't get caught and returned the vehicle. Then did it over and over again until I did get caught, Should Hurtz be partly responsible because I rented the getaway car or are they liable because they made a profit from my rental? No, because they didn't know my true intent and if they did, the pawn shops lawyers would have to prove it.

So why Boneprone?

Two reasons, he's the mouthpiece for FFN who gets a majority of their traffic and generates a lot revenue from the tubes as FFN pays out a lot of money to the tube owners. FFN is a "public" company as their stock has taken a -85% hit this year makes them vulnerable as their overall sales are down -13%.

Second, BP is in the US and if found liable, will open the door to other suits for the US tube associates. Meaning, the won court case will be public and a legal reverence point proving other US business associates are profiting from tubes as they now are also liable.

This leaves BP in a very bad position because if he rolls over they will make him an example for others as FFN sales and share prices fall due to others like him are afraid they'll be next. If he fights then he'll need to find a boatload of cash to win as this will go on for a year or more, but if he loses they'll bankrupt him and make him the poster boy for stolen tube content. In short, pinning him as the reason/pirate for the many more suits to follow in the future.
