Rehab or jail or kick to the curb. Tough love is the only thing that works. She wont get sober unless she wants to and will curse anyone who forces her. There is only three places addicts go: Jails, institutions, or death. Your friend has to give her the choice so that the kid has to live in her results of her actions until she is ready to quit if she is at all.
