This guy is very persistent. He signed up again, despite realizing his country is blocked! It appears that he tried using a proxy as there is a US IP login, but proxy logins usually finish up getting blocked too
Throttlebox shows that no files were downloaded so all is good!
I've had CCBill block the card now.
