Jesus was an Arab.
And looked like an Arab. But there was one big problem....the Pope wanted his Christian Crusaders to kill Arabs in their quest to spread the religion. He was afraid that they would get cold feet. See...the Turks looked too much like their Lord and Savior. So the Pope had an artist create a new version of Jesus....using his son Cesare Borgia. This made it easier for the Christians to put swords through the Turks.
That's who you're looking at up there. The Pope's son. Not Jesus.
