This isn't a federal problem. CAL/OSHA is the problem. Until Florida has a problem with it (FL-OSHA doesn't exist yet), he can certainly "hide out" and work without condoms, so long as he's not in one of the risky areas like Polk County.
That could all change tomorrow, but right now California OSHA is the issue. This is not currently a federal issue, yet. |

I was thinkin' the same thing...... That these Cali shooters were hitting this a bit hard trying to defend shooting in LA area.
Second of all, I have no clue what male talent you are working with as far as being low IQ morons goes. The majority of the guys I shoot are on the fucking ball.
Third of all Florida law makers would have to admit that shooting porn in Florida is perfectly OK and issue permits to make condoms manditory just like Cali. These fucking christian hicks are never gonna say porn is OK. Even though it's currently accepted as is.
