Biggest is my programmer can't solve one problem to make to make the web site work. Guy is good, honest, and fair priced. But this has been going on far too long.
I've had an offer for a free web site, but the guy is so Old School he has no clue what SQL is. Still writes in MS Access.

Do you want to expand on what the programming issue is? There are plenty of people here, who might be able to give advice, or finish the project for you.
