What more proof do you want?
Because it doesn't work and is a waste of time and money.
Provide a better service. iTunes and Netflix have proven this is a far more effective strategy. And it is making them a great deal of money.

Damian wasting more time and money, telling people who don't listen to him. They're wasting time and money. Anyone else see the irony?
How much product do iTunes and Netflix produce, how much of their revenue goes towards producing a product?
Are music and films still being pirated. Are the buyers on iTunes and Netflix largely pirates or people who would buy and just going for a cheaper deal?
Please back up the statement with real proof, not Torrent Freak or Techdirt articles. They might be biased.
