CCBill has NEVER come across as not giving a fuck 
They have instant chat. 24/7 customer service via phone. They answer emails right away. They have a customer service survey on the admin page.
There's no real reason for CCBill to reply on GFY anymore as the SAME few people are on programmed autopilot to make a new negative thread about CCBill, or post something negative about CCBill, every couple days.
