Girl and boy are interchangeable with woman and man. Doesn't matter so long as they are over the age 18.
Although I've seen some do it, I avoid the word kid because in my mind it means one thing but I know it doesn't for everyone. Some would still call a 19 year old a kid, but I avoid it in adult marketing.
