TPB's overall rank right now (compiled from the last 3 months) is 4,100 But their actual rank today is: 18,197
They were in the top 100 a year ago.

so you checked a domain name that is all but abandoned instead of looking at the actual domain as proof

they changed over to use the .se domain after mega upload got their assets seized.
their actually climbing and are now 72 world wide.
and there is still orphaned traffic (which your point too) that has been failed to be added in so their actually a lot higher than that.
