So far I have not gotten a single email from any company telling me my traffic is no longer welcome because Gideon has blacklisted me. I clearly don't send traffic to every company, so there is a chance I just don't promote any of these people. There is a much bigger chance, however, that these people don't exist because nobody has actually hired you and even if they did you would have no way of knowing whether I send them traffic or not so basically your blacklist is useless.
