Because when the blocks are in place, it will effect their traffic. Why fuck around going around the blocks when another site won't have them.
Therefore when their traffic drops, this wil effect their ad revenues.
So it seems you're wrong unless TPB is a unique piracy site.
Hitting Megaupload, effected their ad sales. are you saying it hasn't?
Now all the authorities need to do is follow your marketing strategies of split testing the best methods and rinse and repeat.
