Trying to figure out how that would have transpired. Brakes are on the opposite side of the handle bar from where the rider is sitting.. she hits a pot hole, and what? Front wheel goes completely sideways + and she hits with enough force that a blunt object pierces that far.. how fast and how hard did she hit? and how could you not see a pothole that big..?
