Does this make it right? And no, I'm sorry... everyone does NOT have to go through it.
That's why schools everywhere have started anti-bullying campaigns that are taken seriously, not just posters on walls.
We now live in a world where 1-88 kids are on the autism spectrum. 1-54 are boys. That is an overwhelming figure. These kids are much more likely to be bullied than others. So it's no longer a "man up" world since these kids simply do not possess the tools to defend themselves like you or I were able to when we were in primary school.
Not to mention, the number of times I've read about kids as young as 12 who have committed suicide because they can't see any way out of being bullied.
