Yep, super flat with no chance of persuading anyone, no offense to Fatorisi in any way. I saw nothing compelling in what was said.

Also, Porn Dan is a big target with a company called Immoral - No offense to Dan in any way but he paints a big target and now will turn the whole thing into a ( low rated, understandably ) tv episode or whatever to do what for the industry?? Great, let's laugh at the city fucking council and mock them on TV with our citations from the day before. Now let's blow it all up so hot moms on mfc get in the mix and create more controversy.

Then we'll get old blowhard South himself into the mix and really stir things up.

I don't know either party. Each attempted to take a stand i guess. Taking a super zoomed out look and going straight with simple CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES might have worked. instead all the porn industry can dredge up is an attorney talking about the emotional impact - something no one cares about and deferring to a guy with a company name that screams fuck you we won't conform and we'll create more controversy about it by going on TV and laughing about all the citations we have.

All the hot 20-something moms on MFC in LA have nothing to worry about.

"Shooters" under the radar are fine. Flaunting anything died long time ago.
