The weird thing is, you'd think other states would see the results. California is the most "progressive" state, passing all these new laws, and they're bleeding $18 billion this year alone. California has been falling apart for twenty years, yet other states continue to copy the things California tried and found out does not work. I wonder why other states copy fail?

On the other hand, also in the news this week three of the top five cities to get hired are in Texas. Texas unemployment is 7% while California is 11%. Wouldn't it make more sense for other states to copy what Texas has been doing?
