There is no other country in the World that wants the pirate bay down.
USA BIG MAFIA CORPORATIONS and HOLLYWOOD ILLEGAL EMPIRES are really pissed because PERIQUITO does not answer to any DMCA or letter at all, ever. They also have no data retention, so anyone can host whatever they want there and they are not going to have a single problem and not questions asked.
