Another option, one I plan on testing out. Set up a clips store and or a members site with clips for sale. Obtain your domain name for the site you really want to start and put up a page or two with previews, link those pages to your clips stores and members site. This is a hassle free way to earn cash from your content towards building your own site. When you have your site built just implement it and continue to benefit from the traffic you've already established. Yeah, you'll have to split your profits, but you don't have to use all the content and you make some cash towards building your own site.
