If the customer is not satisfied with the design, why not make it right? If I am looking for a designer, I want someone that I know will try their best to deliver a product that I am satisfied with.

I did work it out with Seth and he even thanked me for doing such a good job. And now he comes up with this thread, which makes me wonder if he was, lets say, "pushed" by somebody to make the post.
