Not that being in a neighborhood watch is "man's job", but for the sake of argument lets lump it in with other police-type work. These kind of jobs require an actual man who can handle situations. People get shot (and tazed) when scared little boys are trying to do a man's job. A lot of cops fall into this category also. They're ready to use deadly force at any moment that there's even a possibility of bodily harm coming to them.
