Latino is not a race, It's a culture. His dad is white, and his mom is from Peru... a latino country where the largest ethnic group is Amerindians, second largest is white (with whites at the top of the societal hierarchy).
Dude is more than likely a pure white boy, but if he ain't then he's part "Indian", still mostly a white boy though.
