I'm guessing she dressed like a slut and refused to go home and change. Employers have the right to tell employees how to dress. It's called a dress code. While I think the sluttier women dress the better, not everyone sees things my way.
When I worked in an office... We had one chick, smoking hot, who always dressed like a little whore. It became the office joke - checking out what she wore each day. And when she was bent over talking to someone at their cubicle... That's when all the men suddenly had to get up and take a stroll around the office.
