I personally believe that it's more important to get innocent people out of jail than it is to punish the liars. Don't get me wrong, it's really terrible what this girl did and I would not cry if old school justice caught up to her? But, if there are more people out there just like her that are solely responsible for destroying someone's life, it's much more important to get these people to come forward than it is to make them pay for their own crime. Charging her and suing her mother will only keep others from telling the truth.
