How many hours of sleep have you been averaging lately?
I get about 7-8, the recommended. When I work out with intensity and my body does go through somewhat dramatic change I can need up to 9-10 (hasn't happen for a while though which would be 2+ hour sessions in the gym).
If I don't get any exercise and eat moderately it's easy to get by on just 5-6 hours of sleep.
If you can help it, getting a full 8 hours really makes your mind sharper and just cutting some bullshit out of your day allows you to do this.
