Good things:

dried fruits, all kinds lol These may save me. Not a big fruit guy (surprise!) but dried seem ok. More like candy I guess. All types espec dates and yes... grandma was right.. prunes but also anything that is free of sugar.

apple cider vinegar (Braggs is best!) I have it every morning (or evening, whenever I get up ) with the eggs or Taco Keeps me going. Great stuff! About 2-3 tsp in 12 oz water is nice. After a while you crave it. Good for you

oatmeal Just discovered it for real. This shit is God's manna. Gives you a slight lift as it is technically classified as a stimulant in the drug books It is. I love this shit. Need a tinch of smart bal OR an oil like olive and a tinch of honey. Great stuff.

olive oil I need to replace almost all oils with this. Still calories but as my friends tell me, "very good for the joints" Get ya all lubed up
