Nothing wrong with the cholesterol in eggs. You need to update, this isn't the 70s anymore. I sometimes eat +10 whole hard boiled eggs a day.

Good to know. Yeah a few chickens may have been a bit bad. I notice mostly poultry is ok. Just seems not as good as beef. It can be a bit gamey. Just a bit.
Good to hear about eggs. I start the day ok then with 3 scrambled and some Braggs apple cider vinegar/water
In the 70's I used to drink a few eggs raw. Remember Nora Hayden's Book on Energy in the 70s where it was basicly Brewers yeast and granulated lecithen mixed well with milk and I think maybe a couple raw eggs. I actually worked out a bit then. When I was young and didnt really need to. Isnt that how it goes.
