Yeah it is a personal thing. These are what I eat that I feel are possibly bad. Well at least 16 of 20 I eat regularily.
Dried fruits.. Hmm ok. But then prob be better than corn syrup or candy but I guess a calorie is a calorie. No easy solutions sometimes to replace one thing (candy) with another (dried fruit).
Actually dates, apricots and some dried fruits are sugar free which is all I would buy. Otherwise might as well eat sugar.
But those Turkish apricots get a bit boring after a while
