I eat I guess a few of the things on the list without worrying too much about it. But I also never eat fast food, I dont drink sodas, rarely eat highly processed stuff. I could still lose some pounds but I KNOW it could be much much worse.

Real good tip

makes sense. I've heard of drinking more water throughout the day but right before meals seems like a winner. Some say normally that water dilutes the digestive juices and you should only drink after the meal. But for those counting cals seems like a winner. Might give that a go
I hear ya. I will never have a perfect diet. Lucas for example only does 3.That is pretty amazing. That may be due in part to the country he is in where things like cabbage, potatoes ect are more staples and a diff way of growing up. They prob dont have 34 brands of corn chips for example. But prob also a concious effort to eat the right foods.
It is a balancing act for most of us. Moderation is the key. Noone wants to give up cheese, all sugar, mayo ect. When you have the urge for the rest of the 3.5 oz milk choc bar you have to conk yourself on the head or something. lol
