Fact is PROTEIN is where it's at and simple CARBS got to go!
protien and veg is where it's at. This I know but getting rid of them damn simple carbs is easier said than done.
Dont buy it diet. And more oatmeal
My 5 main carbs I SHOULD be eating mainly:
1) oatmeal (I go 2/3s milk to 1/3 water. microwave 4 servings at a time and refrig)
2) beans (mixture, canned or fresh or soaked, any beans)
3) brown rice (Mahatama is a good brand. Until recently I didnt like the taste but GOOD brown rice is very good without that "taste" that some brown rices have and you can use a lil olive oil

)
4) potatoes (they are a carb I guess) some say potatoes pout weight on some say they are the best for losing weight as only 150 cals or so if you eat very little oil on them.
5) bread (not a lot and 100% whole wheat only (no refined wheat)
