Hi Emil, Yep I have def learned that eggs, beef and chicken are ok and should not have made the list. Especially eggs. Guess noone buys the cholesterol argument anymore

PLUS there are a few vegetarians or quasi veg like Howard Stern who dont eat beef and now HS gave up chicken too.

chicken and beef are ok and I dont plan on giving them up (altho my brother preaches turkey turkey turkey (ground).

Indeed the only vites ya need (I feel) are Vit C (chewable is best) 1 gram min/day, 2 grams (2000 mgs) is best and maybe a chewable multi. And I like a little ACVinegar too. Not a vite but a suppliment. But then I am not training or anything either.
I once took a ton of vites but hate swallowing all them. Chewable is all Ill do now days.
