So far today my diet:
Breakfast:
handful of crushed corn chips under
some seasoned taco meat (beef)
onions
shredded sharp chedder
Ortega Taco sauce

Braggs ACVinegar in 12 oz tap water
Mid day snack: (right now)
Bowl of oatmeal I nuked (I cook 4 servings at once and refrig)
With about 2 tsp Smart Bal and a bit of honey 1 tsp
About 1 oz chedder on the side (protein

)
A Budweiser (cause posting is stressful

hehe)
A no-doze and an aspirin (instead of coffee

(cause posting is work

)
So far not bad.. long ways to go today
