2) Well that is true I guess. Cant really argue and good point. But I also have to do all the other stuff in life so altho I am lazy today Mon-Wed I was working all day on stuff. You have to save time when as Alice said, "I'm still on my own"
3) Naah I am 6'3" 308 so one beer does nothing. It just seemed like what I wanted at the time for taste. In the kitchen I go on auto pilot when hungry.. bad I know. One Aspirin is just cause I like to keep the blood thinned. No doze is no diff than coffee without all the riggamarole and more efficient and cheaper.
Good info on the oats. So steel cut is not the same as cheap whole oats? Both are pretty cheap I guess.
I once asked the health guys here this and they said any whole oats is good.
she struts into the room
well i dont know her
told her that I came from Detroit City
cause it's a long long way to paradise
and im still on my own
sorry, I need my music when posting

Steel cut should be the same as "whole" oats. Just don't buy the instant quaker packs is what I'm trying to say
MSG - in North America they can hide MSG by saying "spices" or "flavouring" in the ingredient list.

Margarine/balance/whatever - liquid plastic. I would avoid it. Use olive oil or butter in moderation. Avoid the chemicals.
Not to sound like a nag, but will power is like a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it gets. If you say no to the free Doritos, it will be easier to say no to the candy later. Then easier to say no to the chips again, say no to the afternoon beer, etc. YOu get the idea
Good luck with making your changes! It's tough, but oh so worth it!
