Hmm, I'm not trying to be funny here but seriously, I never looked at it that way. I always thought that someone calling you gay was someone saying you have sex with the same gender. Which, if you dont, could potentially damage your reputation with your wife or girlfriend, which is what this case was actually about.

Strange case to make precedent. You'd think they'd wait for a case where someone WAS trying to use "gay" in place of "evil", and not a case where someone was trying to break up a man with his girlfriend by calling him gay. Which as it turned out, actually is what happened and why they brought the suit.

Anyway, the whole thing is ganked.
