Hmm that seems like a darn good rule. But that is seriously hardcore fitness. And as Captain H will tell ya .. Im prob not at that level of commitment.
Anyhow you are the first zero and THANKS cause it confirms as I thought that ALL of them are a lil shaky.
If ya get a min tell the folks why the chicken has to go. Seriously. Chicken and Beef are prob the only two I feel are somewhat healthy in the list off the top of my head.
Beef has sat fat but lean doesnt have too much. Chicken.. um is ok I guess if it is fresh.
