If you're really gung ho or you are the kind of person who likes to see results right away, don't "eat back" your exercise calories. For instance, if you have 2400 calories a day, then walk off 200 of them, only eat 2400 calories that day not 2600. It's not too much harder, and you notice results quicker. That's a key to getting over any plateaus your body will get caught up on.
First rule: don't buy "food" that required a scientist to make it! If your granny couldn't make it at home, don't buy it! It's not very good for you

Well I have been meaning to begin but you came along and.. when you said, "WHY do you have this stuff in your house, are you trolling"

I realized maybe it is time to start. Cause yeah.. ya cant have your cake and eat it to.
So you were the random stranger (I guess you could say) who actually gave a damn and that was the SIGN that this is the time to start
GREAT idea! That is very sharp. Those are the kind of tips that help. Good point. REWARD yourself (with more weight loss) for getting your butt in gear.
And the "grandma rule" I already do, due to "budget concerns" LOL So yeah I already cook all main stuff from scratch. Cheapest foods are the best for you (carbs) Veg and protein you have to pay for tho
My friend and his wife gave me a huge frozen beef roast when I was out there out of the blue.
Someone up there likes me...
(I think cause I fed them strays at -20 for a couple years hehe)
indeed I really do get by
CaptainHowdy was here
THAT is a good sign
(good song)
