The Terminator would kick Robocops ass because Robocop is a bitch.
The Terminator is fuckin tough and almost indestructable, and he can time travel.... so if Robocop were to get his "Old Detroit" police buddies to help him, then Terminator could always time warp and whoop Robocop's ass while he's Robo-sleeping.
Also, the Terminator is tougher because he doesnt need to eat that goopy shit that Robocop does.
