There were delays , and I really apologize for that . I even sent a customer an email telling about my family urgency.

I can't understand that after having the work done and paying only half of it he has the right to badmouth about us, knowing that I've been trough a severe Medical urgency with my daughter.

I am just now catching up to this thread. First of all I don't consider telling the truth about the chain of events when you hire someone to do a job for you as badmouthing.

You say you had a family emergency, maybe your lying maybe your not, I have no way of knowing for sure. However problems were evident WAY before this emergency took place.

Yes you emailed me asking what it would take to FINISH things, however though speaking with you via email and speaking with ElevatedX support it seemed like you guys didn't have the skills necessary to get things corrected/finished. Furthermore I don't see how the price has anything to do with this at all. Your the one who agreed to the price. You didn't have to?..you also agreed to 50% up front and 50% when done. Well from my perspective it was never finished. I might add you also said "no problem" to my timeframe yet it took 4x longer to deliver a buggy unfinished product.

Moving forward, let me first say I hope your daughter is well and if your willing to work with me with specific deadlines I will be happy to pay you for completing the project.
