Pay periods are bi-monthly. From the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the end of the month. Checks are sent out seven (7) days after the period is over, on the 7th and the 22nd.
You set the per minute price for your shows, however we do have a $2.99 minimum for live shows in your group room. You also have the option of hosting Private 1on1 shows which most girls are charging $3.99 per minute for or 2Way Video Sessions for $4.99 a minute.
You can login to a Free Session, however, they should be 'teaser' shows only and no 'pink' or hardcore is permitted. Free sessions should last no longer than 15 minutes and should be limited to only one daily.
Initially, you will receive 60% commission on your sales, but everyone needs an incentive, so the more your make, the more you get paid!
For each Pay Period
When you generate $250 your percentage will be 61% for the pay period!
When you generate $500 your percentage will be 62% for the pay period!
When you generate $750 your percentage will be 63% for the pay period!
When you generate $1,000 your percentage will be 64% for the pay period!
When you generate $1,500 your percentage will be 70% for the pay period!
You will also receive a 1% override on the gross sales of any exhibitors you refer to SE!
Exhibitors are independent contractors and US exhibitors will receive 1099s annually.
Minimum payment per period is $100. Lesser amounts will be carried forward
Whenever you reach the 70% commission level, your check will be sent Fed Ex.
