I wouldn't do it unless proof of sales are provided and confirmed by the source.

If most of the domains are above Alexa 20mil, then there is no way even 98 domains are making a dozen sales per week and being that bad of domains. I have shitty incomplete Blogger blogs that are well under 4mil..

The best thing to do to start is use a registry coupon and find good unregistered domains after keyword research
