my dad is 63 5'9 150lbs (the same weight he's been since he was 18) perfectly lean, strong and in good shape. He hasn't gone to a gym 1 day in his whole life no less use any supplements. He just eats healthy and gets his exercise from his job, walking and working in the garden. All his brothers (two that are older) are just as strong and healthy. Why? it's not genetics. It's because they take care of themselves and don't eat garbage. Give it a shot.
