not an issue of money so much as time to build and what we have to focus on first. We're
starting with a large park model trailer, mostly cause I can have it instantly - we're first developing/building the resort and won't start on building our house for 2-3 years. Need a general store, large machine shed and pool first. the RV park will be only open 6 months of the year, we still have my other house.. this will just be like a cottage on the lake plus we want to custom build something and figuring out what we want will take some time.
i was hesitant on the trailer idea, but once I saw them I was impressed. Getting something like this on a lakefront lot to start - will sell it once we build our house.
even that won't be till next year anyway, this year is just construction of the resort itself
