Hormone Replacement Therapy for women has been widely accepted for years, not only a better quality of life but it increased their life expectancy. Increased bone mass density for example reduces the risk of hip fractures sometimes the beginning of the end for older people..

TRT for men will go the same way, give it 10 years or so and every doctor will offer it to their over 50 patients
