This hasn't been my experience at all.
I've run my membership sites since 2001 and have been with CCBill for many years and I'm extremely happy with them.
You had 3 responses from 2 different CCBill reps offering help the day you created this thread last month. You brushed them off saying "but i dunno what you can do in this situation", after they told you what they could do.
