you know Alex, that was a nice kitchen, the guy I sold that house to has it on the market again for sale, listed at just under 1/2 mill. not huge for some cities but for Winnipeg it's the top 1% of the market. it was a sweet place, riverfront, huge lot, central location. threw some great parties there... whoreogies, orgies, swinger parties... ahh the memories...
