However you like to do it, but the pixel values are what they are, independent of any monitor:

Accurate exposure would be average brightness of 50%-60%, yours is 73.8167%, so you prefer things 50% overexposed.
That's cool if that's what you like. It IS 50% overexposed though. Some photographers meter for 50% gray, most for 60% gray.
You're metered for 26%. Cool, if that's what you like.
